SFW-320 Full Auto Cards Overwrapping System is composited by a set of card wrapping equipments which manufactured by our company aiming at to provide a full automatic cards overwrapping solution in the area of card manufacturing and packing factories, especially used for game cards, toy cards and gift cards.
Process Flow：
A stack of cards put on the material tank of each feeder--Automatically feed cards one-by-one on the transport conveyor consecutively as a pre-determined number of cards are fed into one compartment---Each unit card be overwrapped through the pillow type overwrapping machine---Bag forming and sealing and cutting in signal packs of cards---Label application on the package bags---Finished packages exit for collection
