Function :

1. Horizontal card loading module

Can Providing extra around 1000 cards supply to the card feeder module , Save manpower to increase production.

2. Feeder Module

Comes with a vertical card loader, a separation and feeding mechanism with transport conveyor, thickness and length detection and rejection box.

3. Software Control Console

Receives and encrypts the input database,downloads data to the inkjet printers for printing ,maintains a log of printed data,and records data on the rejected cards ,as well as generates

Operation records and managenment reports.

4. Sandwich base Labeling Module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor and cover, and a label application engine.

5. Inkjet Printing Module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor and cover, inkjet printer mounting for 1 set UV printheads the requirement .

6. OCR Inspection Module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor and cover,an inspection station with OCR high resolution camera lighting and rejection device

7. Labeling Module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor and cover, and a label application engine.

8. Scratch Panel Inspection module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor and cover, a machine vision camera, lighting and rejection box.

9. Overprinting mounting

For overprinting a cross edge pattern with Imaje printer machine printing station on the card.

10. Collection Module

Comes with a module cabinet with transport conveyor, to collect the cards after processing.
